Hi guys! Yes, you guys out there, this episode is especially for you. This is Rashmi from team Missmalini. Welcome back to our fashion series, Style FAQs Decoded, where we answer all your style queries with the help of an expert. On today’s episode, we are deep diving into the topic of menswear fashion. Now, have you ever wondered how Ayushmann Khurrana looks super cool, always? And how he manages to pull off all those quirky outfits every single time! Well, I’m confidently telling you guys that you can do it too, and our today’s expert celebrity stylist, Isha Bhansali, is going to show you how to do it. Isha is stylist to actors like Raj Kummar Rao, Ayushmann Khurrana, Irrfan Khan, Ali Fazal and Jimmy Sheirgill. Hi Isha, thank you so much for coming in today! First of all, you’re looking super chic in this monochrome outfit! What are you wearing? This is a Mango jumpsuit. Yes, it’s actually a jumpsuit and they are not separates! And I’m wearing chunky shoes by this brand called Eytys. So yeah! I’m kind of little more minimal when it comes to my own style. But with your Bollywood actors, you’re completely opposite! They are so quirky, and they look so damn good, every single time! How do you do it? Wow! How I do it that you guys are gonna be seeing in this video. So, let’s get started! Let’s go! My main point of this outfit was actually khaki because it’s the color of Spring/Summer ’19, and with Shoaib, I’ve actually done a long-line t-shirt. His size is medium, but I’ve given him large because we want to do a very oversized, bulky look, and a little boxy shape to it. So, this is a very high-street-meets-streetwear look, so it’s kind of accessible to a lot of people. He is wearing chunky sneakers by NorBlack NorWhite’s collaboration with Fila. Because of the light layering, it’s a very summer outfit. It’s more like a daytime outfit, very nice for Sunday dates and lunches. So guys this is our next look. My focus is more on prints, and I don’t know any guy who doesn’t like camo! We’ve gone all out on prints in this one. There is a little hint of color at the side, but I’ve gone all basic for the rest of the look, for example, the t-shirt and the sneakers. The tricky part here is doing print all out, right? It’s like the top as well as the bottom. So, you keep the rest of the pieces and the rest of the elements very neutral. Like say, for example, you do simple, classic white sneakers or black sneakers or you do like a plain black or a neutral, any neutral color t-shirt inside. It’s just to balance it out, and to neutralize the entire outfit. But, if you want to kind of make your own version of it, and you may want to find it in high streets, what do you do is you go to maybe like a Zara or H&M, what they usually do is they wouldn’t team it up with their prints together in the rack, so you’ll have to go and put it together yourselves. So, the idea is to do print and print. So since this is a really badass, cool, grunge look, I think this is perfect for a night out. So guys, this is our most fun look for today. So, this is from Fila, which is very high street, and it’s easily accessible. This is more of neon meets futuristic and very graphic look. With Ayushmann I had done a neon t-shirt but, if you guys are feeling a little low on experiments then you can go with a little more subdued t-shirt. I’ve actually focused mainly on white, so we’ve done white sneakers as well as white jeans and make it all white. You actually also look taller if you kind of focus on one colour, and then add the hints of neon. You should just go very, very minimal with this and don’t go all out. Don’t make everything about neon. So, this is I think great for music festivals and music concerts. You can also do it for a cocktail night out or to a nightclub! And finally, this is our most favourite, and enduring Indian ethnic look, which you can wear in absolutely any ethnic occasion you can think of. It’s easy-breezy, very light layering, summer layering. It’s from Tisa Studio, and this is actually their forte. And the cool factor is the sneakers from Fila, that gives the extremely young, fun vibe. Otherwise, you know Indian and ethnic, traditionally, can end up being a little serious sometimes. So, this is where you add your sense of humour. Just be very minimal on accessories, and don’t overdo it. Otherwise it’s usually an entire look, so, this is actually a color blocking kind of a theme. It’s just a very simple, fine cotton kurta with a salwar. It could be available in any of the designer (stores) around the corner or any of your high street Indian brands, which you can get in the malls. Wow Isha, those were some amazing looks! Yes, thank you so much! I’m so glad you liked it, and now you guys can see how it takes just about a few prints (and) accessories to get the perfect look!
