Lifestyle changes for healthy hair and skin | What to eat for healthy hair and skin


Hello everyone. Few days back I shared my
hair care and skincare routines with you and what all products that I use on my hair n
skin. But u know beauty begins from inside, so how much u put anything on outside, u have
to be healthy from inside. So here are few lifestyle changes that I made to achieve this.
So before starting this video like, share and subscribe and lets begin: a. Fix the digestion: The first part is
to keep our gut healthy. Our digestion is one thing which needs to be fixed in order
to reduce pimples, dryness, oiliness, pigmentation, hairfall etc. So For that I
try to add good fibre in my diet like salads n
fruits. Apart from that I try ti finish my dinner by 8pm. b. Vit c: Now this is again somewhat related
to good digestion and fit c plays a good role in getting a good hair n skin. So
I try to include one lemon or amlas in a day. c. Diet: A good balanced diet plays a vital
role in ur appearance so I try to include at least 3 fruits and 2 raw veggies in my
daily diet. And make sure I take enough protein which is very much required
for good hair. d. Water: Everyone knows that it is essential
part of our wellbeing but we still neglects it. But yeah 3 ptrs of water is a must. e. Sleep: well this one is difficult with
a kid and so much of work. I lag on this one coz a. My kid never sleeps and b. Whenever
she sleeps I have too much work to finish. But I try to take rest here n then. Still
improving on this point. f. Exercise yoga: This is again something
we all know how exercise helps us get good blood circulation
and glory skin. I try to do yoga in mornings. These are some basic lifestyle changes which
can make all the change for you. Now I want to put in in front of my youtube fa that I
