Salmon Fish Curry || Indian Style with Mustard Paste||


Garlic Cloves : 8-10
Mustard Oil : 6 big spoon
Salmon Fillet : 250 gm
Mustard Seed : 2 big spoon
Green Chilly : 2-3
Black Pepper : 30-40 or 1/2 tea spoon in power
Coriander Power : 1 table spoon
Cumin : 1 table spoon
Turmeric Power : 1/2 table spoon
Ginger : 2 pcs (as shown in video) Blend the ingredients with water Add more water if needed Marinate fish with Turmeric Powder, Chilly Powder, Salt and Mustard Paste Let the oil get heated at high flame then fry the fishes Fry them until Golden Brown Add pinch of Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds and green chilies in the same oil Add pinch of Turmeric Powder and saute for 30 sec at medium flame Add the remaining Mustard Paste and fry for ~10 mints Add roughly chopped tomatoes and fry until the paste releases oil by its own Add water for gravy and wait for a good boil Add Salt to taste Add the fried fishes to the gravy & a pinch of Garam Masala (optional) and keep it for 10 mints Turn off the flame & Garnish with Kasuri Methi/Coriander
